Overcast and mild waves this morning. It is however a great day. Today we have company coming in for lunch. Darwin and Marlenna are coming over from Perdido Key. Jan and Keith are coming in from Panama Beach Floriday. Ken W's cousin Ron Seim and his wife Connie are coming with Jan and Keith.
Darwin and Marlenna arrived about 9:30 am to our condo. We had a nice visit and LC (Boston Terrier) adapted well to here new environment. At 11:30 we headed for McGuires Irish Pub to meet the others for lunch. All were there shortly after noon. We had a great lunch and lovely conversation. Turns out that someone was having a 66th Birthday today: enough said.
After lunch we retreated to the condo for Key Lime Pie that Jan had brought over with here and that she had made. It was delicious. We visited more and then after Darwin and Marlenna headed home and Ron and Connie went shopping, we playeda round of "Farkle" a new game that Jan had given to Ken. Kay is the new Queen of Farkle, but there will be a rematch coming up.
Later after everyone left, we made a trip to the Outlet Center to settle up on a few returns and then we went to Ciao Bella for Pizza. We probably won't go back there for more. The pizza was not good and neither was the beer. Other than that, we had a great night.
Turns out to have been another great day. We leave in the morning for our road trip.
